KPI Recruiting are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Nursery Assistant to join our client's team at a well-established plant nursery. This hands-on role is perfect for someone with a passion for horticulture and a love of working outdoors. Please note: This role is based at a plant nursery and involves horticultural work, not childcare.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Care for a wide variety of plants, from seedlings to mature specimens
  • Watering, pruning, and general plant maintenance
  • Assist with propagation tasks (e.g., seed sowing, taking cuttings)
  • Monitor plant health and report issues like pests or diseases
  • Maintain clean, safe, and organised working areas
  • Follow all health & safety procedures and company policies
