Were on the lookout for a passionate and motivated Deputy Nursery Manager to help steer the ship alongside our Nursery Manager. Together, youll keep things running smoothly, support an amazing team, and make sure our little learners get the absolute best start in life.

Your mission:

Be the go-to support for daily nursery operations calm, capable, and ready for anything.

Champion high standards of care and early years education every child deserves to shine!

Motivate, guide, and cheer on your team helping them be their best, every single day.

Create a joyful, inclusive, and engaging environment where children feel safe, inspired, and free to explore.

Communicate like a pro with staff, families, and of course, the toddlers (who are definitely the toughest crowd).
