SF Recruitment are working with a superb, PE Backed business in Leicestershire in their search for an Interim FP&A Manager. This is a 6 month interim assignment with the potential of extension or a permanent contract. The FP&A Manager will report directly into the Head Of Finance and play a significant role in driving the company's financial strategy, providing data led insights for decision-making during this rapid period of growth.
The ideal FP&A Manager will be immediately available, ACCA/CIMA Qualified, have experience working within a PE environment, possess strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and communicate at all levels of seniority, and have strong Financial Modelling skills.
- Playing a pivotal role in the Group's reporting and planning cycle
- Monthly reporting, annual budgeting and regular reforecasting
- Develop strong stakeholder relationships at senior management level to deliver impactful business insights that will influence key decisions to improve business performance
- Become a key financial contact for several transformative projects across the Group
- Manage Risks and Opportunities against budget and reforecast
- Preparation of presentations and reports for senior management and stakeholders
- Ensure strong financial controls over planning spreadsheets and reporting tools
- Support on all FP&A activities across the Group, inclusive of P&L, balance sheet and cash
