They’re partnered with some of the biggest tech giants from Avaya to VMWare and are specialists in all things Microsoft! Their company culture is focused on growth, training and progression are looking to expand their team and welcome some more tech wizzes into their booming team. 3rd Line IT Support Edinburgh City Centre £30,000 – £35,000 Main Duties: Supporting their growing base of small-to-medium clients Working on exciting projects Working buzzing ServiceDesk solving high-level tickets/escalated tickets Ensuring infrastructure and critical services are running smoothly.
