Production Line Leader

What You\’ll Be Doing Set up and oversee the production line each day, making sure it\’s prepped and ready based on the daily schedule. Follow and enforce all standard processes and procedures to keep operations safe and consistent. Keep a close eye on performance and product quality, working to keep everything efficient and on target. Spot and resolve any issues on the line quickly to avoid delays. Track line performance, order progress, and efficiency data accurately. Help train and guide new team members, ensuring they\’re confident and capable in their roles. Keep the work area clean, safe, and fully functional at all times. Make sure team activities align with internal policies and industry standards. Share updates regularly with supervisors and flag any potential problems early. Take part in training to stay up to date with the latest skills and knowledge. Champion a safety-first mindset and follow all health and safety procedures. What We\’re Looking For Prior experience leading a production line is a bonus, but we\’re open to those who are ready to step up. A good grasp of manufacturing practices and product standards. Comfortable using tablets/computers and basic office software. Confident leading a team and encouraging others. Organised, with a strong ability to manage time and prioritise tasks.
