Invenia is working with a leading life science company hiring a Field Application Scientist (FAS) to support their growing single-cell genomics portfolio across the UK, Germany, France, Italy, and Spain. This customer-facing role involves approximately 70% travel, with preference for UK-based candidates due to customer concentration.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide pre- and post-sales support and training on single-cell genomics workflows and applications.
  • Partner closely with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to support customer success.
  • Offer data analysis assistance, troubleshooting, and experimental guidance.
  • Deliver seminars and technical training to varied audiences.
  • Perform light commercial tasks such as CRM updates, quotes, and order coordination.
Candidate Profile:
  • PhD or MSc in Life Sciences with industry or customer-facing experience.
  • Strong background in genomics; single-cell experience desirable.
