Health, Safety and Facilities Manager Maidstone outskirts £40-50k DOE + bens My client is looking for an experienced Health, Safety and Facilities Manager with a Manufacturing background to join their team! This well-established business needs a well-qualified Health and Safety professional with experience working in a high-risk environment, containing a range of machinery to join them. This is a standalone role with room to grow as the company are at an exciting point of expansion, which will involve carrying out a variety of duties, including but not exclusively the following: Health and Safety Acting as a ‘hands on’ leader , present on the production floor, assessing current processes and implementing new systems where necessary Overall responsibility for compliance with Health, Safety and Environmental legislation : ensuring adherence to all relevant health, safety and environmental legal requirements as well as best practice guidance Responsible for ensuring processes and procedures are understood and followed by developing exceptional relationships with managers and production staff , to achieve buy in, inspiring a culture of adherence to Health and Safety processes
