An established and globally active private equity team is seeking to hire a high-performing Investment Associate to join its growing platform. The successful candidate will become a key member of the direct investment team, deploying long-term capital across North America and Europe.
The team focuses on control and significant minority investments, partnering with ambitious management teams and co-investors. Investments span multiple sectors, including Industrials, Business Services, Healthcare, and Tech-Enabled Services.
Key Responsibilities- Financial modeling, valuation, and investment analysis
- Participation in due diligence, deal structuring, and transaction execution
- Ongoing support of portfolio companies with strategic initiatives and performance tracking
