An exciting opportunity to join a fast-paced premium healthcare private members club. The Business Development & Partnerships lead, reporting directly to the CEO, will be responsible for identifying, developing, and securing new HNWI members and corporate clients. You will play a key role in expanding the client base, building strategic partnerships, and promoting the premium membership offerings. This role combines sales strategy, relationship building, and a deep understanding of healthcare and luxury client expectations.
Role & Key Responsibilities:
- Business Development & Sales
- Working alongside the CEO to execute a business development strategy targeting high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs), families, corporate clients, and referrers (e.g., physicians, advisors).
- Identify and qualify leads through research, networking, and relationship development.
- Manage the full sales pipeline from outreach to closing, maintaining a high close rate.
- Provide weekly & monthly sales reports & track to KPIs.
- Work with CEO on executing growth strategies for onboarding of new members.
- Attend networking events and healthcare conferences to represent the brand.
- Develop referral programs and strategic alliances.
- Partnerships & Strategic Growth
- Build and maintain relationships with family offices, finance/tech corporations, lifestyle concierge service providers, and hospitality partners to generate new business.
- Assist CEO in managing partnerships pipeline.
- Client Onboarding & Member CRM
- Work with the Concierge team to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients.
- Understand the unique needs of each client and tailor value propositions accordingly.
- Monitor satisfaction and retention metrics, and implement loyalty programs.
- Coordinate with the medical concierge team to ensure premium service delivery.
- Act as the point of contact for VVIP clients, managing their experience and resolving issues.
Experience & Skill Set
- Previous private wealth management experience (family office, concierge).
- Strong proven sales record with UHNWIs and corporate partners.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.
- Proven success in business development or sales roles (preferably in healthcare, wellness, luxury services, or hospitality).
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and build trust quickly.
- Strong understanding of the luxury client expectations.
- Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 5+ years of experience in business development/membership management, preferably within a corporate, family office or luxury hospitality field.
- Demonstrated experience building a network of high-value clients or partners.
- CRM proficiency (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales analytics tools.
- Previous experience in concierge/premium healthcare an advantage but not required.
