Our client is the UK's leading residential property services provider, managing over 330,000 homes across 5,800 developments in England, Wales, and Scotland. With more than 40 years of experience and a team of 3,300 employees, the company partners with developers, investors, freeholders, and over 1,600 Resident Management Companies to deliver expert management and customer service across the residential sector.
Responsibilities
- Effective service levels, acting as the representative towards customers, clients, and Developers as appropriate, ensuring all aspects of the development are fully presentable, serviced, and properly maintained.
- Maintaining working relationships with the committee of any Residents Association / RMC, RTM.
- Attending meetings as appropriate and delivering on-going training needs to support the team.
- Utilising appropriate internal and external methods and support.
- Conducting frequent reviews with direct reports, providing constructive feedback and coaching, ensuring KPI's and SLA's are met.
- Managing performance, setting guidelines, managing holiday/sickness absences.
