The predicted salary is between 42000 - 84000 £ per year.
Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience working specifically with PowerOn Control and/or PowerOn Advantage platforms. Proven experience integrating with the database(s) and knowledge about how the information is structured within it (in case it needs to be transformed before storing it).
Knowledge of electric distribution systems (MV/LV) is desirable. Experience in integrating Power-On with other IT and OT systems, particularly with Historian Systems. Experience with telecontrol communication protocols (IEC 61850, DNP3, Modbus, IEC 101/104, ICCP).
Proficiency in SQL and/or Python for data manipulation and customization within PowerOn. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to support control room operations in real time. Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with engineering, operations, and IT teams.
The PowerOn Specialist will be responsible for configuring, supporting, and maintaining the connection methods with the PowerON Advantage system with the objective of extracting data from digital and analogue variables, and events, with the required periodicity, in order to be stored in a cloud database (Timescale or similar).
