They’re building out a greenfield network environment, with a clear focus on latency optimisation between exchanges. Everything is hosted on AWS, so deep expertise there is essential, along with experience in Microwave engineering.

You’d have the autonomy to shape architecture, tooling, and processes from the ground up, in a team that values strong engineering and smart problem-solving. The team consists of SMEs from Crypto and Tier 1 trading firms.

The budget is open to ensure they can hire the top 1% of talent.
