As an Agile Delivery Manager, you will work in the Data Engineering team. You will be the Delivery Manager/Scrum Lead responsible for creating the ways of working (agile), setting up Jira, building the backlog, burn downs, managing stakeholders, and communicating progress.
Responsibilities:
- Drive on architecture for next years and plan accordingly
- Be the custodian of Data-centric projects
- Define incident support model that works
- Keep Data operations running
Skillsets required:
- Background as an Agile Delivery Manager for Data programs required
- Experience on Snowflake
- Good project management experience including Agile and SCRUM
- Strong analytical and conceptual skills, combined with a solid understanding of business processes.
- Proven project management experience, ideally with Scrum/Agile methodologies, in an international environment.
- A confident, persuasive demeanour with strong communication skills
- High level of self-responsibility, initiative, and willingness to learn.
