Our client, a leading global law firm, is seeking an experienced Finance Lawyer to join their renowned London based Sports Finance team.

Position Overview

The successful candidate will play a crucial role in assisting the firm's clients, including professional sports leagues, club owners, investors, lenders, and financial institutions, with various aspects of sports-related finance, such as project finance, leveraged finance, securitisations, securities offerings, and government-sponsored financings.

Responsibilities

  • Advise clients on sports-related project finance and leveraged finance.
  • Assist with securitisations and securities offerings for sports clients.
  • Collaborate with the firm's global team on cross-border transactions.
  • Provide guidance on government-sponsored financings in the sports industry.
  • Maintain and develop strong client relationships.
