We have a number of Account Manager opportunities for various business travel industry sectors. The roles are a mix of remote or hybrid (London) jobs.

Our clients are leaders in the business travel industry and as an Account Manager, you’ll be a key point of contact for a portfolio of clients, ensuring their service provision is efficient, cost-effective, and aligned with their business goals. You’ll build strong relationships, provide strategic insights, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver outstanding service.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of mid-to-large accounts
  • Analyse commercial data and present actionable insights to clients
  • Develop and implement client-specific business strategies
  • Lead regular review meetings and performance reporting
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure service excellence
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
