About the Role:

We are currently seeking an experienced Plasterer to join our responsive repairs and voids team, delivering high-quality plastering services to occupied and void social housing properties across West London.

You will be responsible for completing a range of plastering tasks, including patch repairs, full wall/ceiling plastering, rendering, and skimming, ensuring works are completed to a high standard, on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out internal and external plastering repairs and maintenance.
  • Work in both tenanted and void properties.
  • Ensure all work meets current building regulations and health and safety standards.
  • Maintain professional and respectful communication with tenants and residents.
  • Accurately complete job sheets, timesheets, and compliance paperwork.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in domestic plastering, ideally within the social housing sector.
  • NVQ Level 2 in Plastering (or equivalent).
  • Full UK Driving Licence – essential.
  • Good understanding of health & safety requirements.
  • Excellent attention to detail and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
