Job Overview\\n\\nTo be responsible for generating accurate and comprehensive cost estimates for projects, ensuring that systems are competitively represented in project quotations. This role requires in-depth knowledge of, fire compliance and construction methods to analyse project specifications, interpret architectural drawings, and determine accurate product selection in line with industry standards and regulatory requirements.\\n\\nResponsibilities and Duties\\n\\nHave a deep understanding of how to achieve spec compliance\\nAbility to review architect tender information to create a brief for the estimating team \\nHave an in-depth knowledge of the product range and supply chain to enable the best commercial solution\\nAbility to identify value engineering options and improvements and create high quality bid documents\\nQuote revisions and other administration activities that may be required to assist the Project Consultant.\\nAn ability to answer questions over the phone or email and add to the CRM system. This would come from our internal technical product training\\nLiaise with clients, contractors, architects, and suppliers to gather necessary information for accurate cost pricing.\\nAn in-depth knowledge of Excel\\nA good knowledge of what competitors we have for each of our systems, and the relevant benefits of ours over theirs\\nUnderstand the construction industry, the fire door industry and the key industry standards and regulations \\nA clear understanding of each product and it's specific details, what situations it's used in, and certifications required.\\nThe ability to navigate and utilise the Pipedrive CRM system effectively\\nThe ability to plan and control how you manage your time and tasks to accomplish company objectives.

\\nEffective communication to be able to express ideas and views, clearly and concisely either verbally or in written form.\\nCandidate will need to be prepared to focus on task completion, which may require a flexible approach to working hours.\\nAbility to adapt and be flexible to the needs to the project/team.
