Prime Video is a premium streaming service offering a vast collection of TV shows and movies, including Amazon Originals and exclusive licensed content. It provides options to subscribe to add-on channels, rent or buy new release movies, and TV box sets. Prime Video operates in over 200 countries and territories worldwide, with a dynamic and innovative environment.
We are seeking a Creative Director to lead the development of 360° marketing campaigns for our streaming service across Europe, based in the UK. The role involves overseeing the creation of marketing assets such as Key Arts, Trailers, Social Content, and 360 Activations across various channels including TV, Radio, OOH, digital, social, on-platform, and events.
The Creative Director will collaborate with senior stakeholders from Project Management, Strategy, Media, PR, Production, and Operations to craft multi-market campaign strategies and translate them into compelling creative assets that enhance viewership and engagement. The role also involves working with Amazon-MGM Studio to deliver marketing content that resonates with diverse European audiences.
The ideal candidate is a collaborative creative leader with a strong understanding of brand and entertainment marketing, possessing excellent writing and design skills, and experience with AV/film and digital media. A passion for pushing creative boundaries in a fast-paced, data-driven environment is essential.
Key responsibilities include developing creative briefs, presenting ideas to leadership, managing the development of campaigns across channels, overseeing relationships with external agencies, collaborating with internal teams, supporting various aspects of creative production, and analyzing performance metrics to inform future campaigns.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
– Experience in driving creative strategy and execution at an agency or in-house team
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
– Knowledge of InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Keynote
– Experience developing cross-functional relationships to develop strategy and consumer insights
– Experience leading innovative creative development from concept to delivery
– Experience managing creative teams and external agencies
– Experience presenting to senior executives
– Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
