Graduate Personal Assistant

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the CEO or senior team with diary and inbox management
  • Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes
  • Book travel and accommodation
  • Assist with internal communications and basic document preparation
  • Handle confidential information with professionalism
  • Support with research, reporting, and ad hoc project work
  • Help with general office management and day-to-day admin

About You:

  • Recent graduate (any discipline) with strong academic performance
  • Highly organised and detail-oriented
  • Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal
  • Confident, proactive, and able to use initiative
  • Comfortable with Microsoft Office and open to learning new tools
  • Keen to develop professionally in a growing business
