OXBO are pleased to be working with a London-based renewable energy developer, with a significant pipeline of solar PV, BESS and onshore wind projects. This is the perfect opportunity for a professional with 2+ years experience looking to step up into a more responsible role. The client are seeking a creative and highly organised Marketing Lead to deliver the company’s marketing function. Sitting within the Commercial team, you will be responsible for planning and executing marketing initiatives that support brand growth, business development, and stakeholder engagement.
Role:
- Delivery of Marketing Strategy: Implement strategy in alignment with commercial goals and company vision.
- Digital & Social Media: Manage company website content, plan and publish regular LinkedIn content alongside agencies and track analytics and engagement to improve visibility.
- Travel & Logistics: Coordinate complex travel arrangements for team members and prepare itineraries, reacting to emergencies or last-minute changes.
- Event Coordination: Support planning of internal and external events, meetings, site visits, ensuring seamless execution.
- Internal Communications & Support: Work with commercial and leadership teams to support branding and communications, highlighting key news sources and sharing daily round up reports.
- Campaigns: Lead sector specific campaigns, raising the business profile and deepening relationships in key target markets.
- Administrative & Operational Support: Organising diaries, scheduling meetings and support Commercial Directors with ad hoc tasks and project coordination.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in B2B marketing, ideally within energy, sustainability, infrastructure, tech, or professional services.
- Proficiency in marketing tools such as WordPress, Mailchimp, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, HubSpot, etc.
- Excellent copywriting, content creation, and editing skills.
- Strong digital marketing knowledge including SEO, LinkedIn, analytics, and email campaigns.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and prioritise effectively.
