Employee Relations Advisor

Colleague Relations Advisor Mon Fri, flexibility to work occasional weekend / nights based on needs of the business. The Role: As the first point of contact for People Relations, you will work closely with managers at all levels across the warehouse and transport functions. You will build strong, effective relationships and provide coaching on best practices, policies, and procedures to empower managers to confidently manage the full employee lifecycle. Key Responsibilities: Act as a trusted advisor, offering pragmatic, solutions-focused, and impartial guidance that reflects our values and complies with employment law.Lead colleague relations cases across warehouse and transport, escalating complex matters to the People Relations Lead as appropriate. Proactively manage and resolve cases in a timely manner, ensuring accurate and up-to-date case logs are maintained in internal systems.
