A well-established Legal 500 firm in Leeds is seeking to appoint an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join its growing property team. We are looking for someone with a minimum of 2 years’ experience running their own residential conveyancing caseload. While qualification as a Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, or Legal Executive is preferred, we also welcome applications from experienced non-qualified conveyancers in a fee-earning role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing a full residential conveyancing caseload from instruction to completion
- Handling sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity and new build matters
- Providing high-quality service to clients and maintaining strong relationships
- Working collaboratively within a supportive team environment
