Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and safety-conscious Press Operator to join our team in the precious metals industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining hydraulic and mechanical press machines to shape, stamp, or cut precious metals such as gold, silver, and platinum according to precise specifications.
Key Responsibilities:
\” Set up, operate, and monitor press machines to process precious metals.
\” Load raw materials (metal blanks, strips, or sheets) into machines and ensure proper alignment.
\” Perform stamping, blanking, coining, embossing, or forming operations on metals.
\” Inspect finished pieces for accuracy, quality, and defects using measuring tools and visual checks.
\” Record production data and maintain accurate documentation.
\” Perform routine machine maintenance and report issues to maintenance staff.
