BE Recruitment are recruiting a Sales Engineer/Product Manager. We're looking for a Sales Engineer / Product Manager with a proactive mindset, strong technical understanding (ideally in electronic/electrical engineering), and a passion for driving product success in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the main liaison between business area manager and suppliers
  • Promote and support products internally and externally
  • Manage technical queries, orders, pricing, and supplier negotiations
  • Collaborate with marketing to develop product materials and website content
  • Identify new markets and customers, assist with stock and pricing strategy
  • Track supplier performance, support cross-selling and strategic growth
  • Conduct product training, attend exhibitions, and monitor competitive landscape

What We’re Looking For:

  • Self-starter with problem-solving skills and team spirit
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Relevant industry experience is a plus
  • Willingness to travel, including overseas training and supplier visits

  • Business insight, strategic thinking, portfolio and product knowledge

Benefits & Package:

  • Comprehensive Training: Receive extensive training and support to develop your technical and sales skills.
  • Competitive Salary: 35,000 - 45,000 per annum, based on experience.
  • Bonus Scheme: Annual Bonus (Applicable from 2026)

Working Hours: Standard Hours 08:30 - 17:00 Monday - Friday. (Flexibility required due to the nature of the position)

  • Technical Background: Ideally, a qualification in electrical/mechanical/electronic fields.
  • Team Player: Ability to work effectively within a team.
  • Sales Experience: Preferably some experience in sales.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in PowerPoint, Excel, and related analytical tools.
