Experience of working within an LPA planning department/conservation team at senior level for an LA (5years experience) Must have own vehicle as will be expected to do site visits Office days Thursday and Friday Must be located within a commutable distance Handling listed building consent applications, providing advice on pre-applications, discharge of conditions, general enquiries and heritage at risk/enforcement input.
