Business Development Manager (Drainage Industry) Vector Recruitment Solutions is seeking a talented and motivated Business Development Manager (BDM) on behalf of our client, a rapidly growing and innovative infrastructure services company, leading the way in drainage rehabilitation. As a Business Development Manager, youll be essential to driving growth and strengthening the companys market presence. In this role, you will establish and nurture strategic relationships, guide sales initiatives, and promote innovative, cost-effective solutions to key stakeholders in your region. Salary and Benefits Up to £50,000 pa basic salary depending on experience Performance based bonuses Company car or car allowance Hybrid working Key Responsibilities: Build and Maintain Relationships : Forge partnerships with contractors, engineering firms, and local authorities to expand the companys reach. Lead High-Level Engagements : Present the company’s mission and extensive portfolio to decision-makers, effectively communicating the value of their services. Advance Projects : Take approved projects through to the construction phase, ensuring smooth handoffs and setting the stage for successful delivery.
