You’ll work in a dynamic environment where no two days are the same. From office moves to new tech rollouts, you’ll be on the front line of IT delivery supported by experienced colleagues and clear processes. What you’ll do:
- Unbox, install, and connect desktop hardware and peripherals at customer sites.
- Perform basic power-on self-tests and initiate automated builds or scripted configurations (as defined by TRG).
- Connect network cables from desktop clients to network points.
- Support desktop moves, peripheral maintenance, and helpdesk call logging.
- Maintain accurate records using systems such as ServiceNow.
- Deliver excellent customer service to both internal and external stakeholders.
What you’ll need:
- A current UK driving licence (essential).
- Ability to follow instructions and procedures with precision.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic IT literacy and numeracy.
