The Role
In this role, you’ll provide dedicated 1:1 support to a Year 10 student with autism, helping them navigate the school day both academically and emotionally. You\’ll assist with classroom tasks, help manage transitions and routines and support their social development. Working closely with the SENCO and class teachers, you’ll follow tailored strategies to promote engagement, reduce anxiety, and build confidence.

The Candidate
You’re a psychology graduate with a real interest in child development, SEN, or mental health. You may be aiming for a career in educational psychology, therapy, or teaching. You’ll need to be calm, patient and emotionally intelligent—able to build trust and communicate clearly. Any experience working with young people or supporting individuals with autism will strengthen your application.
