The predicted salary is between 43200 - 72000 £ per year.

Location: Bristol Hybrid: 2-3 days on average per week in office. SC Clearance required; this can be sponsored by the company as long as you are eligible. Due to the nature of the role, you must be a Sole British National to be considered.

Your Role: As a consultant within Capgemini, you will be working alongside some of the top experts in the country, on some of the largest and most complex client engagements across the Defence sector. You will be given the opportunity to grow and take on responsibility from day one in a challenging but rewarding and meritocratic environment.

  • Concept, design and demonstrator development for novel and complex systems (including supporting the development of requirements, system architecture models, safety analysis and trade studies).
  • Supporting transformation initiatives for complex organisations involving people, processes, and tools.
  • Consulting with stakeholders to elicit and manage their capability needs and define requirements.
  • Proposing solutions to address clients’ needs.
  • Supporting bid work, including costing and technical proposal generation for future system studies.
  • Engaging within the organization and with customers, including both military specialists and engineering leads.
  • Presenting at meetings and workshops.
  • Producing reports, designs and assurance documentation.

Your Security Clearance: To be successfully appointed to this role, it is a requirement to obtain Security Check (SC) clearance. To obtain SC clearance, the successful applicant must have resided continuously within the United Kingdom for the last 5 years, along with other criteria and requirements. Throughout the recruitment process, you will be asked questions about your security clearance eligibility such as, but not limited to, country of residence and nationality. Some posts are restricted to sole UK Nationals for security reasons; therefore, you may be asked about your citizenship in the application process.
