Are you a dynamic marketing professional with a passion for retail and brand strategy? A leading global lifestyle retail brand is looking for an experienced trade marketing manager to join its UK team and drive impactful, results-led campaigns across multiple channels and accounts. The company continues to grow and are opening new stores in the UK and Europe.
In this pivotal role, you’ll take ownership of all trade marketing activity. You’ll work cross-functionally with sales, design, and retail partners to create and execute comprehensive 360° strategies that raise brand awareness within your clients' space, support product launches, and drive sell-through across national accounts. Predominantly field based with head office meetings in Hertfordshire.
Key Responsibilities:- Plan and deliver trade marketing strategies across retail, e-commerce, and buying groups.
- Lead the execution of co-op advertising, in-store activations, DTC programs, social media and event marketing.
- Monitor budgets and ensure ROI on all projects.
- Partner with key accounts and sales teams to conduct business reviews and drive results.
- Develop marketing materials in collaboration with design teams, ensuring strong creative output.
- Lead and develop a small team of coordinators, ensuring alignment on systems, processes and product knowledge.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and customer behaviour across all channels.
- Strong background in trade and digital marketing with proven project management experience.
- Experience managing people and leading cross-functional projects.
- Commercial mindset with strong analytical and strategic planning skills.
- Excellent communication and influencing abilities across stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of Photoshop or other design tools a plus.
- Ability to travel across the UK with occasional international trips (Full UK Driving Licence required).
- Highly organised, self-driven, and collaborative with a hands-on approach.
