My client in Greater London is looking to appoint a talented Civica CX Implementation Programme Manager on a Contract basis. This role will support the Council's implementation of Civica CX, replacing the legacy housing CRM.
About the role:
- Based in Greater London (Hybrid): Lead on the Civica CX implementation for the Council.
- Work to decommission the legacy system, whilst leading on the data cleanse and migration to Civica CX.
- Lead on and effectively manage multi-disciplinary and multiple project teams.
- Take responsibility and oversee delivery of other individual Projects and programmes to an agreed direction, timescale and budget as required.
About you:
- You will have the following experiences:
- Local Government experience with Civica CX implementations is essential. Other housing CRM implementations will be considered.
- Appropriate qualifications (Prince2, Agile, etc.)
- Exceptional stakeholder engagement skills.
What's on offer:
- Salary: £750 per day, Inside IR35*negotiable based on experience
- Hybrid working
- Contract type: Contract
- Hours: 09:00 - 17:00 Monday to Friday
