A global online iGaming brand are seeking a Marketing Analyst to join their successful Data and Analytics team. You will drive performance insights and strategy recommendations that inform marketing decisions across both digital and offline touchpoints.

Operating in multiple international markets, their entertainment platform has earned industry recognition since its launch. With substantial investment in multi-channel campaigns, they work with teams and agencies worldwide to grow their user base and brand presence.

To excel in this role, you will need strong communication skills and the ability to manage competing priorities. They are looking for someone with a deep understanding of multi-channel marketing who stays ahead of emerging trends and shifts in the marketing landscape.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Translate briefs from global marketing teams into data-driven insights across online and offline campaigns.
  • Develop and apply testing strategies to measure impact across customer acquisition and retention efforts.
  • Combine and analyse data from paid, CRM, and media channels to identify performance trends and growth opportunities.
  • Build dashboards and visual reports to support strategic decisions and track key metrics.
  • Use modelling techniques to evaluate marketing ROI across regions and platforms.
  • Define audience for targeted outreach and long-term value generation.
  • Contribute to budgeting and forecasting.
  • Review third-party performance reports and challenge insights.

  • Support tool adoption, automate reporting tasks, and stay current with analytics innovations.

Experience Needed:

  • 3+ years in data-led marketing roles, ideally in high-traffic digital or e-commerce environments, with both online and offline channel exposure.
  • Proven experience analysing complex, multi-channel campaigns (e.g. paid search, social, affiliates, CRM, TV, OOH).
  • Solid grasp of key marketing metrics, especially around acquisition, retention, and customer value.
  • Familiarity with media mix and attribution modelling for evaluating channel effectiveness.
  • Skilled in tools like Tableau, Power BI, Google Data Studio, and confident working with large data sets.
  • Strong communicator, able to translate technical findings into business insights.
  • Experience in gaming or entertainment would be a bonus.
