This is a unique opportunity to launch and lead a dynamic retail space, inspire a like-minded team, and deliver an outstanding customer experience in one of Bristol’s most vibrant neighbourhoods.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead and develop a high-performing team with energy and vision

- Manage key operations, including inventory, banking, and compliance
- Ensure visual merchandising and promotional activity are executed to high standards
