What You’ll Do

• Operational Excellence: Take charge of inventory, stock audits, banking, and compliance to ensure smooth store operations
• Leadership: Motivate, mentor, and develop a team to deliver outstanding results and exceptional service
• Customer Satisfaction: Foster a customer-first culture that ensures every visitor leaves with a memorable shopping experience
• Visual Merchandising: Maintain the store to high standards and lead seasonal promotions and campaigns
• Sales Strategy: Analyse sales data and implement initiatives to meet and exceed targets
