Join Cotswold Outdoor Group home Runners Need as a Store Manager and take the reins of our exciting new store opening on Queens Road, Clifton. This is a unique opportunity to launch and lead a dynamic retail space, inspire a like-minded team, and deliver an outstanding customer experience in one of Bristol’s most vibrant neighbourhoods.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead and develop a high-performing team with energy and vision
- Drive a culture of exceptional service and outdoor expertise
- Manage key operations, including inventory, banking, and compliance
- Ensure visual merchandising and promotional activity are executed to high standards
- Monitor performance metrics and lead strategies to exceed sales targets
