About the Role
This is a high-impact role for a proven sales leader with strong industry connections in beauty, lifestyle, and wellness. You will be responsible for winning new business, expanding our network of retailers and brands, and eventually hiring and leading a team of sales professionals. This role is perfect for someone who is well-connected in beauty, fashion, wellness, or packaging sales, understands the industry landscape, and is motivated to drive growth in a rapidly expanding company.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing and growing a team of Account/Sales Managers.
- Develop new business opportunities with brands, beauty companies, and retailers.
- Build relationships with key buyers, category managers, and procurement teams.
- Pitch and sell curated product collections to increase order value and repeat business.
- Own the sales process - from lead generation to closing deals and account expansion.
- Manage a pipeline focused on securing Β£2M in new business in Year 1.

- 5+ years of B2B sales & business development experience in beauty, lifestyle, fashion, packaging, or custom merchandise.
- A well-connected industry professional - you already know key buyers and decision-makers in retail & beauty.
- Proven track record of closing Β£50K-Β£500K+ B2B deals and managing high-value sales pipelines.
- A hunter mindset - you thrive on building relationships, generating leads, and closing high-value deals.
- Strategic & entrepreneurial - youβre comfortable building a new sales division and owning revenue growth.
