ART Security Solutions Ltd, now in our 28th year, is a family-run business known for valuing the people who make us great—our staff. We're looking for a skilled and motivated Fire and Security Service Engineer to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Service, maintenance, and repair of fire alarms, intruder alarms, CCTV, and access control systems.
  • Fault finding and diagnostics across a variety of systems.
  • Ensure all work is compliant with relevant British Standards and company procedures.
  • Complete accurate service reports and documentation.
  • Participate in the on-call rota (£200/week on-call allowance).
What We’re Looking For:
  • Experience with systems such as Advanced, Kentec, C-tec, Texecom, Avigilon, Hikvision, and Paxton.
  • Knowledge of BS 5839 with at least an FIA Foundation Level qualification (or equivalent).
  • Full UK driving licence.
  • Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills.
  • ECS/CSCS card and other industry qualifications (preferred but not essential).
  • A proactive, self-starting attitude and the ability to work independently or in a team.
  • DBS clearance.
  • Excellent customer service skills and professional conduct on-site.
Nice-to-Haves (Not Essential):
  • Advanced FIA and Tavcom qualifications.
  • System design, estimating, and quoting experience.
  • Manufacturer training/certifications (Advanced, Kentec, Texecom, Hikvision, Paxton, Avigilon).
