Children are at the forefront of their development as they like to view it. Your Role: Supervise and manage Key Stage 3 classes during the short-term absence of the regular teacher. Deliver pre-prepared lesson plans and ensure continuity of learning in the absence of the regular teacher. Maintain a positive and productive learning environment, fostering engagement and participation among students. Manage classroom behaviour effectively, ensuring adherence to school policies and procedures. Liaise with teaching staff and school leadership to provide feedback on student progress and any issues arising during cover sessions. Qualifications and Requirements: Experience working with Key Stage 3 students is desirable. Strong communication, interpersonal skills and behaviour management skills.
