Teaching Assistants Wanted – Full & Part-Time Roles | Start ASAP or September!

Are you passionate about education and ready to make a real difference in the classroom? Whether you\’re experienced or just starting out, we’re looking for enthusiastic Teaching Assistants to join fantastic schools across Walsall on a long-term basis.

We have full-time roles (8:30am–3:30pm, Mon–Fri) and flexible part-time opportunities available — starting immediately or from September.

What You’ll Be Doing

Supporting classroom activities under the direction of the class teacher
Working 1:1 or in small groups, including with pupils with SEN, SEMH, EAL or behavioural needs
Assisting with education and behaviour plans
Promoting independence, confidence, and self-esteem
Giving feedback to help pupils grow
Supporting classroom displays and organisation

What We’re Looking For

Experience working with children (we’ll ask for references)
Enhance DBS on the update service or willingness to obtain one
Knowledge of EYFS curriculum is a bonus
Relevant qualifications (e.g. Level 2 in Supporting Teaching & Learning)
