NPD PROJECT MANAGER

LONDON OFFICE

WILL CONSIDER SOMEONE OVER QUALIFIED FOR PART TIME

Key Requirements

• Proven record of NPD/Innovation development; identifying, planning and delivering highly efficacious products (approx. 4-6 years working experience)

• Exceptional project management skills; highly organised, effective prioritisation, and structured.

• Proven experience in working within large, cross-functional teams

• Ideal experience in understanding complexities of R&D, Supply Chain, CMI and Legal

• Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions and recommendations coupled with sound planning and persistent execution.

• Due to the dynamic nature of the self-tan formulation development, we need someone who can think on their feet, is a critical problem solver and can calmly navigate the unpredictability that can be a part of product development.

• Strong team player with a collaborative approach; ability to build excellent relationships, listen, support, contribute and influence

• Excellent communication/presentation skills
