ISS is seeking a Workplace Experience Manager to lead the on-site service experience at one of our key client locations in Bristol. This role is perfect for a proactive, people-first leader who thrives in a dynamic, customer-focused environment.
What you'll do:
- Ensure day-to-day contract compliance and adherence to ISS processes
- Foster a positive team culture and support your on-site placemakers
- Champion a seamless and elevated workplace experience for clients and end users
- Act quickly on missed SLAs and non-compliance to drive continuous improvement
- Build trusted relationships with clients and stakeholders while upholding ISS values
About You:
- Experience of working in either Workplace or Facilities Management (especially cleaning / office settings) – would be an advantage but is not essential
- Proven experience of exceeding client expectations and providing great customer service
- A strong background in people leadership and team development
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities
- A passion for service delivery and a proactive mindset
- Ability to balance process compliance with client expectations
- Ability to obtain BPSS Security Clearance.
