Job Title: Care Worker Location: Hillingdon and surrounding areas. We are providing essential services to our clients who provides care to the elderly and vulnerable adults across the London Borough of Hillingdon. Due to continued expansion, we are looking for care workers who are truly passionate about delivering high quality care to vulnerable adults within the community. It is not necessary for you to have a background in care, but we are looking for individuals with empathy, compassion, creativity and commitment and those who genuinely want to make a positive difference to other people’s lives. You will support our service users by enabling them to improve their quality of life and helping them to achieve their desired goals. You are required to provide personal, domestic care and companionship to vulnerable adults/elderly in their own homes. Key responsibilities will include; but not be limited to: Providing service users with the appropriate level of care in accordance with their support plan. Safeguarding the rights and dignity of service users Supporting service users to build their confidence, self-esteem and their ability to manage their mental health Symptoms Supporting service users to take their medication Support service users with their daily living skills and domestic chores Accurately keeping daily records Maintaining service user\’s independence Assisting with personal care Requirements: – Good verbal communication skills – Written standard of written English – Commitment, enthusiasm, flexibility, professionalism – Experience in care – Good problem solving skills and a solutions focused approach – Positive and friendly nature, with a \’can-do’ attitude – Potential candidate must be a driver ( car owner) Benefits: -Flexible working patterns: Part-Time and Full-Time opportunities available -Competitive Salary Structure -Travel Subsistence paid -Full Training Offered -Full P.P.E.
