Join Our Team
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Production Co-ordinator to help ensure the smooth delivery of our creative and client projects, as well as supporting on business administration.
What We’re Looking For
- 2.5+ years of experience in operations, production coordination, or project management.
- Exceptional organisational skills and an ability to juggle multiple priorities.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Google Suite).
- An understanding of the creative production process.
- A solutions-focused mindset and a love for processes.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Supporting end-to-end production and project delivery.
- Scheduling shoots, managing timelines, handling budgets and booking resources, contributing to profitable deliveries.
- Maintaining project documentation and ensuring compliance.
- Liaising with internal teams and external partners.
- Problem-solving operational challenges quickly and efficiently.
- Contributing to the continuous improvement of our production processes and wider business efficiency.
