Key Responsibilities: * Deliver engaging, student-centred lessons adapted to meet a wide spectrum of individual learning needs. * Design and implement personalised education plans in collaboration with families and support staff. * Build a classroom culture that celebrates diversity, promotes well-being, and fosters a strong sense of belonging. * Utilise varied teaching strategies and tools to support differentiated learning. * Track and support student progress, offering constructive feedback and targeted interventions. * Contribute to a collaborative, knowledge-sharing teaching culture. * Engage in continual professional development to enhance educational practice. Ideal Candidate Profile: * Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and has experience working with students with SEND, preferably in a specialist setting. * Deeply committed to inclusive education and making a meaningful impact in young people’s lives. * Strong communicator and natural collaborator who thrives in a team environment. * Emotionally resilient, reflective, and adaptable. * Passionate about innovative approaches to teaching and learning.
