Join a Visionary Team Changing the Future of SEN Education A forward-thinking and values-driven organisation is seeking passionate educators to be part of an exciting new chapter in specialist education. With a strong foundation in residential care, this organisation is expanding into specialist education provision, launching its first independent SEN & SEMH schools for young people aged 11–16. These new schools are designed to offer a nurturing, inclusive, and supportive learning environment tailored to students with a range of social, emotional, and mental health needs. Through a unique and flexible curriculum, the aim is to empower every learner to reach their full potential—academically, socially, and emotionally. As the organisation continues its organic growth, there are substantial opportunities for ambitious professionals to grow with it. Long-term development plans include the creation of multiple education sites, making this an ideal time to join and shape the future of SEN education from the ground up. Key Responsibilities: * Deliver engaging, student-centred lessons adapted to meet a wide spectrum of individual learning needs. * Design and implement personalised education plans in collaboration with families and support staff. * Build a classroom culture that celebrates diversity, promotes well-being, and fosters a strong sense of belonging. * Utilise varied teaching strategies and tools to support differentiated learning. * Track and support student progress, offering constructive feedback and targeted interventions. * Contribute to a collaborative, knowledge-sharing teaching culture. * Engage in continual professional development to enhance educational practice. Ideal Candidate Profile: * Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and has experience working with students with SEND, preferably in a specialist setting. * Deeply committed to inclusive education and making a meaningful impact in young people’s lives. * Strong communicator and natural collaborator who thrives in a team environment. * Emotionally resilient, reflective, and adaptable. * Passionate about innovative approaches to teaching and learning. What’s on Offer: * Competitive salary ranging from £30,000 to £45,000 per annum * Extensive senior leadership support and career progression opportunities * Fully funded CPD and continuous learning * Private medical insurance and NEST pension scheme * Employee Assistance Programme for wellbeing support * Access to Blue Light discount card * Ofsted performance bonus This is more than a teaching position—it’s a chance to be part of something transformative.
