Sanderson have been asked by our client to help the recruit an Technical Writer / Author to work on a hybrid basis from their central Edinburgh office. Working as part of a small team but across the wider business you will be providing content for both internal and external audiences. As part of the role you will be creating and updating content and managing documentation development, owning and maintaining release notes, contribute to the creation of training materials and build a repository of support guides. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in technical writing and help create user-friendly content from scratch whilst having a keen eye for detail. Proactively identify gaps in current documentation and drive improvement and content.
