Are you looking to kick-start your career in a dynamic, professional Investment bank in their smart City offices, where no two days are the same? We’re looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Junior EA/Team Assistant to join our growing support team and gain hands-on experience across a wide range of business areas.
This is a fantastic entry-level opportunity for someone with great organisational skills, a can-do attitude, and a desire to learn in a fast-paced office supporting senior professionals and deal teams.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Supporting senior staff and their teams with day-to-day admin and secretarial tasks
- Managing busy diaries and arranging meetings across different time zones
- Coordinating internal and external meetings (in-person, video, and calls)
- Organising international and UK travel including preparing documents and visas
- Submitting expenses and ensuring company policies are followed
- Preparing presentations, reports and professional documents
- Assisting with logistics such as couriers, catering, taxis and team socials
- Getting involved in ad hoc projects and supporting wider business initiatives
- Helping with internal systems including holiday booking and contact records
- Providing cover and support for team assistants and reception when needed
- Being a friendly point of contact by answering calls and taking messages professionally
Hours: 9am - 6pm
5 days in office, after probationary period potential to work one day from home
