We are looking for experienced hospitality staff to join our teams for a VIP event in Rolls Royce Plant in Chichester between the 10th - 13th July 2025. The successful applicants will be able to deliver a great customer experience, be proactive in a hospitality environment, and bring first-class customer service and hospitality skills. Previous experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to travel to the site independently are essential for the role.

- Salary: £15.45 per hour
- Location: Chichester Rolls Royce Events
- Working Hours: 07:00 - 20:00

Key Responsibilities of the role include:
- Meeting & Greeting Skills
- Comfortable making small talk with guests & responding to questions
- Being able to lay & clear tables professionally
- Serving refreshments, pre-dinner drinks & canapés
- Pouring drinks for guests & serving tables in a VIP high-end establishment
- Possessing excellent communication skills, both orally and written, and the ability to communicate effectively at all levels
- Explaining basic menu questions
You will need to be living in the UK & able to provide proof of right to work and hold a valid Food Hygiene certificate; Blue Arrow can support if you don’t hold a current Food Hygiene Certificate. Due to the high requirements the client has for the role, previous hospitality experience is required as well as excellent front of house skills and presentation.
