TecRec are recruiting for a Mobile Mechanical Building Services Engineer to join a leading FM provider, covering London & Southeast England . As an Mobile Engineer you will be responsible for both planned and reactive maintenance across a portfolio of sites in London & the Southeast. Duties: Completion of PPM works to schedule in the most proactive and efficient way possible. Responsible for ensuring effective diagnostic of breakdowns and timely repair of equipment. Record and document all work carried out and raise appropriate documentation as quotes as required. Dealing with subcontractors Reporting into the contract manager Liaising with the client Updating log books Requirements: The ideal candidate will have experience as well as qualifications in Mechanical Engineering / Plumbing which consist of the following. NVQ Level 2 & 3 in Plumbing & Heating / Mechanical Engineering Well, presented & client facing. Experience working in FM/Building Services/Maintenance.
