You’ll be joining a supportive paraplanning team and working closely with directors and advisers, with the tools and structure in place to deliver high-quality, compliant advice. The company values quality over quantity and takes pride in creating tailored, client-centric solutions.
The Role
You’ll be at the heart of the advice process, turning complex financial plans into clear, compliant, and engaging client reports. A typical day might include researching pension and investment solutions, creating cash flow plans, preparing suitability letters, and working alongside the adviser and sales support to deliver seamless client outcomes.
You’ll also contribute to improving internal processes, liaise with compliance to ensure files meet FCA standards, and stay current on industry changes. The team works in a structured and consistent way—your input into evolving paraplanning procedures will be welcome.
