Are you a Wealth Planning Administrator looking for your next challenge? Are you currently working for a smaller wealth planning practice and seeking to join a larger practice with established processes and procedures? Or are you feeling like your career isn’t developing enough? If so, we have the opportunity for you.

The company and role:

Our client is a well-established Wealth Management Practice, looking for their next wealth management administrator hire, both in their annual review department and in their client services department. They can consider a wide range of experience; any previous direct wealth planning support experience is desirable but not essential.

They currently consist of 50 employees across four offices and have expanded rapidly in recent years, opening up opportunities for employee growth and development. The practice manager is passionate about encouraging and developing employees, managing processes and procedures, and ensuring a highly desirable working environment with great staff retention.

They offer a structured career development and exam plan based around your goals, whether that be working towards a paraplanning position, an Adviser role, or progressing within administration. They also provide pay rises for each exam passed and full financial support for these as well.

Although growing, they have been very conscious to maintain the 'family feel' of their practice. Cultural fit is key as they are an integral part of each community their office is based in.

Please note, due to the rural location, you will need to be a driver. They operate a 5-day in-office working week.

If you are considering a fresh start to gain more technical experience and a route to paraplanning, or want to be part of a well-established, growing, and supportive team, then please apply, and we can discuss the role in more detail.
