The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing projects within the decided-upon budget, timeline, and scope. They will also effectively monitor and present project updates to relevant stakeholders, clients, or project team members.
Responsibilities
- Coaching and Training: Provide guidance, coaching, and training to teams or individuals in effectively utilising Planisware for unified planning, project management, and resource allocation.
- Customisation: Assist in configuring Planisware to meet the specific planning and reporting needs of the organisation, tailoring the software to align with project management processes.
- Best Practices: Promote best practices in project and portfolio management by utilising Planisware, including but not limited to project scheduling, resource allocation, risk management, and financial tracking.
- Project Oversight: Monitor and review ongoing projects within Planisware, offering advice on project tracking, progress, and performance to ensure they are on target and aligned with organisational objectives.
- Collaboration: Facilitate collaboration and communication between different teams and stakeholders within the organisation, ensuring unified planning and efficient resource allocation.
- Problem-Solving: Assist in problem-solving and troubleshooting issues related to Planisware usage, data integrity, and reporting, providing solutions and recommendations.
- Documentation: Maintain documentation related to Planisware configurations, processes, and guidelines for reference and training purposes.
- Data Analysis: Analyse data and reports generated from Planisware to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay up to date with new features and updates in Planisware and continually seek ways to enhance and optimise unified planning processes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field such as Project Management, Information Technology, or Business Administration.
