Are you a detail-obsessed designer with a love for bringing brand stories to life? Do you enjoy transforming briefs into beautiful, effective assets that work across channels—from slick digital banners to eye-catching in-hotel displays? At Clermont Hotel Group, we’re looking for a Creative Artworker who brings big ideas and brilliant execution in equal measure.
You’ll be the creative backbone of our marketing production—delivering high-quality artwork that aligns with brand guidelines while pushing creative boundaries. Your work will span ideation, design, and execution across multiple touchpoints.
What you’ll be doing:
- Create and adapt assets for digital and social campaigns, email templates, print POS, menus, event collateral, and in-hotel signage.
- Bring campaigns to life by collaborating with internal teams and external partners—delivering on-brand visuals across all channels.
- Design editable toolkits and templates to empower our hotel and sales teams with self-service, on-brand marketing materials.
- Support brand evolution by developing and maintaining a visual style guide for each of our hotel brands.
- Visualise ideas through mock-ups, concept work, and branded hardware proposals.
- Optimise assets for purpose—resizing, reformatting, and reworking with care and attention to detail.
What you’ll bring:
- A creative thinker with an eye for detail and a passion for brand consistency.
- Solid experience in a design, production or creative artwork role (agency or in-house).
- Expert in Adobe Creative Suite (particularly InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator).
- Knowledge of Canva and experience building user-friendly templates.
- Confidence working across print and digital formats.
- Able to interpret briefs and deliver smart, effective design solutions.
- A collaborator who can take initiative but thrives as part of a team.
- Experience in hospitality or multi-brand environments is a plus, but not essential.
What you’ll get in return:
As well as all the things you’d expect from us, such as great staff areas to recharge in, wholesome meals on duty, pension and healthcare schemes, we’ll take care of you at every step of your journey so that you can take care of our guests.
In fact, we’re so committed to this that our ‘People Promise’ sets out how you can expect us to support you at every step of your application and your career with us. Whether that’s your career development and progression, your physical, mental or financial wellbeing, and recognising (and rewarding!) a job well done.
Career Development & Growth: We’re here to support your journey, whatever that may look like. Our award-winning Academy will help you navigate your tailored career pathway with the tools and development designed for you to grow and to unlock your unique potential.
Financial Wellbeing: You work hard, so we’ll always help your money work hard for you! Some of the great things you can take advantage of include:
- Wage Stream – You’ll be paid monthly, but have access to your earned salary before payday should you need it.
- Discounts & Perks – Savings on 1000's of retailers, dining, hotel stays, and much more for you and those close to you.
- Refer a Friend – Earn up to £1000 when friends join our team.
